Founder

Katie is one of the UK's leading documentary makers, winning a host of plaudits over the past 25 years. Her work has been shown at the Sheffield Documentary Festival, has been shortlisted and nominated for an Oscar, BAFTA and Emmy and has won Grierson, RTS and Broadcast Awards.

Katie has held senior posts at leading UK indies where she was known for producing sensitive yet high-impact documentaries. Highlights include working with Kevin Macdonald on 'Last Song from Kabul' about the Afghan Women's Orchestra; making 'What's the Matter with Tony Slattery?' with Clare Richards about the much-loved comedian's search for a mental health diagnosis and creating the seminal 'The Romanians are Coming' with James Bluemel.

Katie began her career directing critically acclaimed films such as 'George Melly's Last Stand' following the jazz legend's dying days and ratings hit 'Extraordinary Breastfeeding' watched by over 5 million people.
